Poor service

Tried upgrading by phoning 084 145 and after my 6th attempt still no joy. They keep transferring me to upgrade department and then they kill the call. After phoning for the 7th time requesting a manager to call me, I am still waiting.

Seems Cell C does not care about their long supported customers over 10years.

Bad service and clear indication Cell C is going backwards.

As always I will receive no feedback or assistance.
