Poor Sales Service Received
I recently upgraded my cellphone contract, the sales consultant sold me the Samsung A33 and failed to inform me that I could also include the Samsung watch. I am annoyed because I was not properly informed of my choices. I have tried getting hold of them to find out if they can still add the watch, no response received on my email. Query no ***
