POOR SALES PERSONEL

I AM WRITING TO YOU TO EXPRESS MY SHEER DISGUST WITH ONE OF YOUR OUTBOUND SALES PERSONEL TIYANE, she called me last wednesday and offered to sale me a R99 contract to get 20gig in a month with a wifi router I gladly accepted the contract and it was delivered,,, due her negligence she loaded a wrong package for me the one you only get 3 GIG me unknowingly I went ahead and used all the data since i was of the view i have 20gig I have tried to rectify this with her shes ducking my calls and currently just avoiding my calls this is unacceptable and poor customer service to the highest order as i believe a sales person should offer after sales support,,,, all she did was get a sale from me and forget about me like a politician looking for votes I write to you that she should be disciplined and never offer such poor service again as staff like her kill a companies image just imagine what am gonna tell people about cell C <br> <br> Disgusted Customer
