Poor response in rectifying my credit record for paid up account since July 2022!

Ive been struggling to get Cell C removed from my credit record since July 2022! They've sent me a letter confirming my account is paid up and promised to have my credit record updated, STILL waiting! I've even sent the same to ITC and Experian to have it updated from their side but nothing! Utter frustrating to be dealing with incompetence!
