Poor response from cellc

I finally received the phones on Friday after a mix up with the delivery address which I had to sort out. I phoned on Saturday to get the numbers ported to the contract. I was then informed that it would cost 250 per sim to do the swop. This was never mentioned during any of the phone calls. The lady said I would be contacted on Monday, on Monday I phoned again and was told 48 hours to resolve a query. Its now Thursday, again I phoned cellc and was told I will be contacted within an hour.. More that an hour has passed and still no response. Looks like I will regret signing up with cellc.
