Poor Reception in Lakefield, Boksburg

I recently moved to JHB, in the general Boksburg area and am seriously struggling to get reception. As a working individual I rely on people getting in contact with me through my cell phone. However on numerous occasions people have complained that they cannot get through to my number for up to 3 hours at a time. Then when they eventually manage to get through, the person on the other end of the call can barely hear me. I am forced to spend half my time asking if the person on the other end can hear me and the other half repeating myself. Additionally I experience something similar with my whatsapp
