Poor reception in a prime area

I have been using Cell C for over 3 years now (Pinnacle Unlimited). My line of work requires me to travel quite extensivley within South Africa and to be reachable 24/7; so I will compare apples with apples.

I reside in East London's prime spot, Quigney Beach, right alongside the major hotels in the area. The amount of drop calls, incoming calls not being received, data connecticity and even roaming to other networks is simply below par and annoying. I have recently (in December 2017 at Vincent Shopping Centre) logged a complaint directly with them and I was promised a Technician to come investigate...instead I received numerous useless calls from so.e Call Centre Agents or whatever they were.

I would STRONGLY advise against use of this network. Although reasonable in their pricing, it has inconvenienced me to a GREAT extent. I am due for an upgrade on 29 Jan 2018 and seriously want to port to another network...I cannot take this poor service. I am completely DISSATISFIED!!
