Poor reception

I’ve been a client of cell c for 5 years +, they cannot deliver me a service in the area I stay in and they have agreed that their is very poor network covarage in that area. Their solution is that they are putting up a tower in 2019. Between my wife and I we pay cell c close to R3000 a month. I want out of my contract as the device cannot he delivered and the problem is on their side. The cherry on top is that I am on the higher contract with cell c
