Poor & putrid service
I have experienced such poor service from Cell C on Victoria Road (Pietermaritzburg). Not only have I had I to beg for each and every service as though I won't be a paying client, but I am now being blatantly ignored when I call in.
There is absolutely no communication on a way forward.

03 Mar 2025, 10:12I ordered a cellphone in January and was advised that the turnaround time to receive it would be 10 working days at most. To my dismay, I learnt that Shaun van Tonder had not proceeded any of our documents (further delaying the process) and was now blatently ignoring me on all communication lines.
Another Shaun then took over and finally, the process began
It has now been a month of me calling in with no progress.
Why is CELL C offering something they do not have stock of? Not only is this false advertising, this is also unfair and *********** as one could have used another service provider.
I am without a phone because I re**** on your word, what am I now to do? When can I get my phone?
