Poor process procedures for sim swap

Sim Swap - Cellc please change this process, it is hard to purchase a non rica sim as stores do not want to sell you this. Its time consuming & its really making me want to move to another network. If you pride yourself in customer satisfaction , you will then provide us with a simple & more efficient way. Not this way we're it can only be done at a certain time, other networks do a sim swap any time & its easy. Why complicate it. This is gonna drive customers away. I like cellc, but with these glitches it's making me want to change.
