Poor Poor Service from pil**** to post!!!

<p>we have been trying to arrage a paid up letter from Cell C for the past week now and no one can assist this. We have been thrown from pillair to post in the following departments- Retentions,contract cancellations,customer care,legal department,written corospondance and so forth and no one seems to knows how to do their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent the last hour on the phone with no luck and its pathetic that i have not received any service!!!!</p>
