POOR POOR service
Put *********** staff to service clients(like cell C) and you will get stress. I spoke to 5 cell C consultants and am getting different information, ended up speaking to Phumzile Moloi team leader and also she couldn't answer or solve my problem. does cell C offer different training to its employees? do they know what is customer service? I doubt, poor service and no one to help im frustrated . No wonder why they loosing clients
