POOR POOR POOR SERVICE/USELESS CONSULTANTS

I have been struggling with payment allocation since the beginning of November and it seems like they don't even want to combine my 2 lines, cell C's consultants are rude when I contact them they dropp the phone I have never experienced such a poor service their call center is useless I have sent proof of payment to all the emails they gave me I have so many reff. That are useless and collections is still harassing me and this is so unfair because now their incompetence will affect my credit score as if I do not pay my accounts in time I am so disappointed with the kinder of service
