POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

I have been a cell c customer for so many years but lately their service is very poor the consultants are rude and *********** they have no patient for clients they even dropp calls when they fail to solve the problems they created I have been struggling with them the whole month they fail to allocate the money I paid to the correct account and combine my accounts I don't even get this thing of give clients separate accounts
