POOR POOR POOR service

I am so disappointed in the service I am receiving from Cell C. I called in November and December to cancel my contract which was expiring on the 19th of December 2019. My contract still has not been cancelled as Cellc is still debiting my account. I did not fund my account after the December debit but they still tried debiting my account which I did not fund because I cancelled my contract. There are also bank charges to consider if a debit does not go through. Even after calling back yesterday to ask for Shaun who I spoke to I have not gotten feedback. All that was said was they are experiencing some system issues and he will call me back yesterday afternoon. Guess what? I still haven't received my callback. I also received another invoice showing that they are still going to debit my account at the end of January again! I will never again do business with Cell C, ever!
