This is ****!!!!!!! There was no courier to deliver anything at our place.

It doesnt help to make up stories. We did not refuse any delivery as there was no courier at our place for ANY delivery at all. The day we got an sms to say a simcard only will be delivered......we were at home the while day with no courier. So what about the cellphone that we got?

We did not receive the cellphone or the simcard since 27 sept? This is ridiculous. Most pathetic service i ever received. I should have stayed with vodacom. How stupid of me

I am telling you straight. If i dont get this delivered by 5 today i will cancel this contract and take my business elsewhere. I wont suffer like this due to incompetence

I want a straight answer on the delivery of the phone. Today we got an sms saying our parcel will be delivered. But apparently iys for a sim card only???????... this is not acceptable

And there we go again. We got an sms but no delivery from courier. This is dissapointing really. Think you must talk to your couriers

YOU KEEP MAKING US THE BAD GUYS AND IN THE MEANTIME YOU ARE THE GUILTY ONES. HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU EAIT SO LONG FOR A DELIVERY OF A PHONE??? I THINK YOU ARE THE FIRST PEOPLE I DEAL WITH THATS TAKING SO LONG. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. PATHETIC

We can go on and on about whos guilty and who not. The fact remains we took a contract with you on 27 September 2022. Today is the 12th already with no cellphone. Just be honest and tell us what the issue is. We DID NOT REFUSE ANY DELIVERY AS THERE WAS NEVER ANY COURIER AT OUR PLACE. THEY CALLED MY HUSBAND THIS AFTERNOON AND SAID THEY WILL DELIVER TOMORROW...........BUT STILL......WHAT ABOUT THE PHONE??????????? WHY DOES IT TAKE SOOOOOOOOOOOO LONG?

We gave cell c the bussiness even though we get the most pathetic poor service ever. Ridiculous........we are waiting for an answer. If the phone is not with us by tomorrow latest friday we will make contact and cancel. This is enough

The best part is.......we have spoken to how many different people up to now and everyone has a different lie to tell. First they said 3 to 7 working days. Then they said 14 working days. Then they said the phone was bot delivered cause the person who was working with it resigned. Then they said there was no stock but its there now we will get it in this week?????

I will post this everywhere i can. I will make people not to do bussiness with you. Trust me

If you really cared about your customers we would have had our cellphone already

How can this be? We took out a contract via *** and it was confirmed that the samsung a73 was on there. You guys are pathetic

It was confirmed more than once that the phone is on how can they say this? No ways ive never seen something as pathetic as this
