POOR PATHETIC SERVICE

I've been continuously receiving calls from Cell C, despite me blocking their no's. I've sent them e - mails to remove my cell no from their contact list. They want my ID number, for "SECURITY PURPOSES"! For what???? I've also addressed my e - mail to the "CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER/ESS", but clearly it is being ignored. The e - mail consultants require URGENT TRAINING IN ATTENTION TO DETAIL SKILLS, which they clearly lack!!!!! This is an example of EXTREMELY POOR, PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! For the "CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER/ESS", to ignore e - mails, when it's clearly addressed to him/her!!!!

I can't believe it. Despite blocking Cell C's no's, they are still calling me!!!! As per response above, have they communicated this to their consultants to STOP calling me????!!!!! I doubt it!!!!!

***. The consultant/s who persists in dialing my no, must write out 1 MILLION TIMES not to dial my no.!!!
