Poor pathetic service

Pathetic service ever. Since Saturday I have not had network on my cell c number and I have been trying to get hold of them via messenger and o help received at all. I went to one of their shops and I was told my number is no longer on their network, I contacted call center and I was rudely told to check with other networks because my number is not on their network anymore. Seriously? The number I have had for more than 15 yrs and this is what I get from them? No explanation or whatsoever
