Poor, Pathetic and Terrible Service by Cell C

I have contacted Cell C regarding my account which has been prescribed for months now to obtain a prescription letter. There has been no response since trying to settle the account in 2018. This is the worst and most pathetic service I have experienced. It is pathetic that an organization can allow you to be prejudiced like this because of the ineffectiveness to provide customers with decent service.
