Poor overall service.
Poor communication with Nelisiwe. Failure to respond to my written communication. After doing everything to make sure someone responds to the complaint regarding the damaged tablet, I still do not have any explanation about this. it is more than two months now.

25 Sept 2023, 14:34So, in other words according to your records I must take it without any question though when I sent it for assessment it was not broken as it is now. Please give response in writing to say why was it broken because I know for sure that the damage extent is not of my doing.

This is hopefully the last desperate attempt I am making to make sure we understand each other. Please let us all be ethical in treating this issue and I should not suffer because someone does not want to listen to me.
I DID NOT LEAVE A BROKEN TABLET AT THE KEYWEST CELL C BRANCH. THEREFORE, I SHOULD NOT BE EXPECTED TO TAKE BACK A BROKEN TABLET, PLEASE.
