poor/no service

I lodged a complaint on 18th which somebody at CellC followed up on the 19th and explained that unfortunately it was their mistake and that all debits would be cancelled forthwith. I accepted that someone saw the light and that my problem had been solved. To my surprise another debit has once again appeared today. Is this organisation trustworthy???
