Poor Network/ Poor Service

<p>4 Weeks ago i wrote a review on the mobile service and reception in my area.</p> <p> </p> <p>A representative from Cell C called me to discuss the issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>His excuses for the service is as follows:</p> <p>First it was:</p> <p>Cell C is unable to get hold of the equipment to set up a Mobile network tower and are borrowing Vodacom so i should be grateful.</p> <p>Then it was:</p> <p>It is expensive and Cell C doesnt have the Capital to purchase the equipment.</p> <p>Then it was:</p> <p>Cell C is like a family, you cannot compare your family to other families, so dont compare us to EVERY single other mobile network in Secunda.(They all have stable service).</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C, the network is so bad, that on my 80GB data contract i forfeit 60GB per month because i CANNOT use the networ****</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay for this ******* network every month without missing a single month, dont come and tell me about Capital.</p> <p> </p> <p>Are you going to refund all the data i cannot use?????</p> <p> </p>
