Poor network coverage in Mkhambathini
Dear Cell C I just want to express our frustration with the persistent network issues in Mkhambathini(Camperdown), Nkanyezini location. Despite having a Cell C tower in the area, we've been experiencing significant network problems since last year. Previously, Cell C's network was reliable, but now it's unreliable.
We feel neglected, possibly due to our rural location. As customers, we deserve the same level of service and maintenance as others. We urge Cell C to prioritize our area's network infrastructure and maintenance to restore reliable connectivity.
We want to be connected and rely on Cell C for communication. Please address this issue urgently.
