Poor network configurations

Its unfortunate that this has happened. I would assume the issue is with setting on the network. I currently own a lg velvet via cell c contract 4g dual sim model. I am unable to connect and remote play via the platstation system when I connect via my cell c sim card to my ps4. But when I insert any other sim I am able to connect and play via remote play just fine. Please dont reply if you do not have a clear understanding of how ps4/ps5 cell remote play works. I have had way to many people question me that you can only connect if your on the same wifi network. This is outdated info. Sony has updated there system and one can in fact connect via sim card data.

The problem comes in with the cell c sim that keeps giving a (***d) error " somthing went wrong" when connecting via cell c. Its an utter shame that a Telecom company with the potential to disrupt the current monopoly is not able to supply the same level of connection as the rest. My contract with cell c is ending in december 2022. As I dont see them fixing this , I suspect I will by canceling and looking for a different service provider.
