Poor network Assistance
I have been reporting internet issues to Cell C for my prepaid service and they keep on telling me about load shedding. I work in the similar field and I've told them even without load shedding I cannot connect to the Internet even when roaming it still does not connect and my data will expire. The ref that was given was *** and I must wait 37 working days for them to fix it. They also say they tried calling me and their calls kept dropping

10 Dec 2022, 13:30I sent a DM and with an alternative number. Someone called Moses spoke to me and said he's also.not fami**** and will escalate to networks to.assist further and it will take 37 days. He called me on my alternative number ***. I even updated and was told it's updated.
