Poor network and **** cell c
Cell C network and services
Poor Service Delivery 1. Frequent price increases without matching service quality. 2. Inability to provide reliable data services during load shedding or Wi-Fi issues. 3. Inadequate coverage, especially while traveling.
Comparison to Other Providers 1. Cellc services are not on par with Vodacom and MTN. 2. They shouldn't compete with these providers in terms of pricing.
Contract Concerns 1. Long contract periods (36 months) that may not provide value. 2. Poor customer support, with unhelpful troubleshooting suggestions.
Overall Experience 1. Cell c services are unreliable and not worth the cost. 2. You're unlikely to recommend Celsi or renew your contract.
