poor network

I'm residing in the dusty rural area called matoks in polokwane,I did port to cell from vodacom and even activated bis,I have to say that I regret the day I did that,it has been giving me headache more than my personal problems are,trying to surf the internet using my phone can take more than boiling an egg,the less I say about logging on to social networks or dowloading something,you really need to do something about this because you really are adding numbers now instead of competing,my network mode now is forcing me to use 3G&2G combined instead of 3G alone,otherwise it will only allow emergency calls only.....I'm dissapointed,Its either you improve or you will lose new customers like me and others
