Poor Mobile Service
<p>Dear Cell C,</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN, VODACOM, even TELKOM Mobile have LTE in my area.</p> <p>Cell C is selling LTE modems like hot cake in my area, and these customers are offered a Woopping 1mb/s download speed test after they sign the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>When are you going to upgrade this? it is 2017.</p>

Speed test interuppted twice before i could get 1mb/s result.
