Poor level of service and disregard for individual integrity and good standing
call centre agent was arrogant to me. cell c blacklisted me for non -payment of account, whereas the account was settled last year and my name was not cleared after they received payments.
Now credit bureau knows me as a bad payer but the truth is that i settled there account now i have too suffer for their neglegance towards my reputation.
call centre agent gave me attitude to an extent that i actually had to end the call and without receiving a reference number for the escalation of my case to the written correspondance department.

This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
