Poor Legal Service

<p>I have been reported to the credit brereu by Cell C, and I understand that. But now I want to settle the account with them now that I am able. The legal department is so useless, after more than 5 attempts of getting a hold them so that I could settle my account; the phone rings without response for max 20+ minutes ive held for them. I even went to the point of calling the Cell C store and they all tell me the same story. "That I have to wait for an hour until they response". Its like a known fact that is tolerated.</p> <p><br />http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/cell-c-c455230.html#comments</p> <p> </p> <p>I went on record that this is the last attempt of me trying or rather running behind Cell C for me to GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY and settle my account. The agent at the time, said they will forward my complaint to the manager, that was just it. NOTHING materialised. I'm currently sitting with a bad credit record and Cell C is making it difficult for me to clear it. This is the worst Tele communication not only do their cellphone coverage SUCK, their work ethic is questionable. All this because I want to settle my DEBT with this; in my opinion useless telecommunication company. Im happy I switched companies they are the WORST <br /> </p>
