Poor internet and network

Can somebody please explain and tell what is going on at cellc? Endless continues network issues. There isn't a day or a min that goes by that cellc losses signal. Cannot even login in to cellc App with out being interrupted. App gives messages to say. Oops looks like you don't have network. Ok so fix the network problem and I won't get dumb messages messages. Uta frustrating because one can't even enjoy using the internet. Because cellc has a problem. Please fix your problems. I'm paying for a service that is always off or giving issues. Took me a hour just y logon to hep l hello Peter
