Useless company, the most irritating and *********** client services consultants. Just useless and irritating. I complained about the amount of money deducted this month, they can't explain, instead they log a query. Then the department that deals with queries calls me back once, the phone goes to voicemail, BECAUSE, SURPRISE....NO ****** NETWORK COVERAGE, again, their ****** fault, the reason why I cancelled the stupid contract. Then they close the case, send me an sms that says please receive feedback. What ****** feedback?????? Then I call back since I supposedly missed their call, AGAIN, *********** consultants who have no idea what is happening, they ask only to transfer me to another *********** consultant. Cell C must just close down. You people can drive a Bishop to start swearing.

Make sure you send someone who can actually explain why you deducted more this month. DO NOT send someone who will ask me to explain my query AGAIN, then tell me that they are from social media so they don't have an answer, then transfer me to someone else or tell me they will escalate. I have already provided the query ref number so whoever calls must check where this all started and provide feedback like a competent person.
