POOR HANDLING OF ACCOUNTS

Good day<br> <br> My business have a contract with Cell C, now i have not being using the account for almost 3 YEARS but still get billed for the account. what happened was that i had a partner who was handling the account since he left the company and have requested THE CREDIT CONTROL PERSONNEL FROM CELL C to change the contact person since he no longer employed with our company, but the personnel gives me attitude and is so unhelpful. i need help on what to do with this case as it has been dragging for long now and they debiting my company's account without my authorization.<br> <br> Since i reported the matter to HELLO-PETER in December 2013 the matter hasnt been resolved. They (CellC) now handed me over to their lawyers for unpaid account and have sent the cancellation 3 years ago to cancel the contract and they never honoured my request. i even told them that should any shortfall reagring the account be experienced from their site, whoever is dealing with the account will have to pay for the arrears because the company will not pay for it.
