Poor feedback and customer service

Its been 4 days since i wrote a complaint to Cell C regarding my cellphone, i asked them to email me which month reflects outstanding ( they told me to email *** ) - which I DID - i received no feedback up till this day , they phone me with 110 excuses at 7 am in the morning when i havent even had a cup of coffee and everytime they give me a different month thats outstanding ...

I want a paper trail and feedback on my email , WHICH MONTH SHOWS OUTSTANDING ON MY CONTRACT ???? They expect me to send me allllllll my stuff just to get a new excuse

And why does Cell C reply privately- are they afraid of speaking publicly
