Poor, disgusting and bad service
Cell C not keeping their promise only got a call on Thursday last week after laying a complaint on this platform a consultant promised to come back to me on Friday last week no call nothing.
They still investigating a matter that was brought to their attention last year August.
People I need to buy a house I dont need your negative negligence on my ITC report. Please update my status I have paid you in full. I need my paid up letter.
I'm writing this for the last time should it not be resolved I'm taking the matter further to the Ombudsman.
