Poor Disastrous Pathetic customer service at CELL C

I have tried to cancel my Cell C conract - went into the store and was told that cancellations must be done via the call centre - 084 143 (cancellation department). I called on the 28th and the 29th Dec and was told I can only cancel my contract on the 1st of the month. December 1st unfortunately fell on a Sunday.

So I called this morning a total of 11 times held on a respective 45 min in total still contract not cancelled - because no one answered in the cancellation department.

This is a disaster of customer service on another level. PATHETIC!!!
