Poor delivery service

I've been using cell c for the past 10 years but I never received received such a bad service. I used to apply to renew my contract or add a new line it used to take 3 days max to deliver but this time it's been more than 2 weeks still no delivery . I would like to cancel but I have to apply with other service providers.
