Poor delivery insurance

I lost my phone which was insured on the 11 May 2024. Claimed insurance underwriten by Holland. To my greatest dissapointment I still don't have a phone even now. I constantly call no progress to resolve my claim I already paid access 6 days ago . Still kept on hold. If you ever take a contract at cellc refuse their insurance with everything. I already lost money buying a temporary phone. Useless insurance. I hitting 2months soon waiting for a phone.Angry and dissapointed.
