Poor Data Coverage - Asked to join another Network

I have been with Cell C for a very long time, I dare say in excess of 13 years. I was called by your network person today and informed that I am situated at the edge of the network coverage in Woodmead and that is why my data connectivity is so poor.<br> <br> The options I was given was shocking..<br> <br> 1. I would have to wait for 6 months to 1 year depending on how long it would take for the site to be developed <br> <br> or<br> <br> 2.as she said \ It would be fine with them if I moved to another provider"unbelievable!!!!!!<br> <br> the amount of money I have spent with Cell C is staggering and this is the only solutions you have for me???<br> <br> but you will still send me sms's to buy higher amounts of airtime but yet your network cannot support the use of it. It really is a bad joke.<br> <br> I like how you have all these TV adverts to bring in new business and lines like try it and see if you like. Yet you cant fix problems that have been there for ever. This issues that I raise is not new of the site would of already been built. I find your service disgusting and the person that called me did not care at all. must likely was reading off a script saying she understands my frustration. I really doubt that."""
