Poor Customer Services
I have contract currently with cellc for data that i pay R239 and it was for 24 months that i get 5GB+5GB promotional anytime and same as for Night data. My 24 months ended end of April, then Cell C started to give 5GB anytime and 5GB Night but continue to debit R239 saying our contract end end of April. If it ended end of April why they didn't terminate the whole contract not promotional data only.

02 Jun 2020, 20:38If you manage to cancel promotions you should be able to cancel contracts or reduce monthly payments
