Poor customer services

Cell is the service sucks , I have been requesting network unlock for the past 3days and they not doing it, I have loaded airtime and date since Friday and they not assisting to unlock the device, I spoke with more than 20 consultant non of them could assist they all saying only team leaders an unlock the device they have send request so clearly non of the team leaders care about customers even when u call they refuse to speak to me it's either busy or will call u back so I don't understand what they busy with cos they don't do their job. I'm so angry and will never recommend cell c to anyone
