Poor Customer Services

Yesterday 2017/12/12 i went to Cell C centurion mall , i got a poor service from Patience she was impatient and incosistent with what she was doing , a year back i went to cell c to do a sim swap and the guy who was helping me told me that could provide the requirements and my sim card was registered under some one unknwn with a passport number , then the guy advised me to go to the police station to do an affidavid i went to cell c to do an affidavid and bringe my id book along ,

That guy who was helping me he told me that from now on should i lose my simcard it will be easy to replace it because the sim card is recared under my name and phone number is registered with my id book number

Now this patience lady tells me that i did not match the 5 number's which i always call and as the guy previously told me that there wont be any neccesity of all this because number's and everything that i previously done , affidavid and bring my id book

i find it amazing that i should do the very same thing that i did previously they have my records so what , i am truly not happy and considering a movement to other network this totaly un-call for
