Poor customer service to rotten network provider

I have been on a call since 11:20 to 12:45 with no solution. Everyone is so so happy to transfer to another department where they transfer to another department. This is super frustrating where I can not get a simple feedback on a case logged weeks back.

Even supervisors transfer call back to the queue Instead of helping.

I have tons of references with no information. Thanks to sucking service from cellc I have ***** cell phones on my ITC profile.

Full two years they can't solve this problem. They are good at sending references/case numbers:***,***,***,***
