Poor customer service. Knowledge less ???

Been a loyal customer with Cell C for years. Having an issue with my billing and cannot get assistance. Been trying for a while but get put through to 100 people that keep saying I'm putting you through to the right person. Annoying and time wasting. Still haven't resolved my issues. Still waiting for a supervisor or someone that knows what is actually going to contact me. Secunda branch manager was great though he cannot rectify my issue and has to be done by calling 084 135. Still nothing
