Poor Customer service From Nomonde Mzolo

Nomonde didn't not care at all about providing good customer service.<br> I advised her that there a noise in her background. I can hear people talking loudly to each other and because of that im having trouble hearing her. Instead of apologizing and asking them to speak softer, she tells me \this is a call centre"the people are talking to customer"
