Poor customer service from Cell C

I have been a loyal Cell C customer for the past 10 years and after all these years Cell C keeps failing to return the same loyalty.

Since the beginning of June I have been asking assistance at the Cell C branch in the Garden Route mall and at your Cell C customer service. I have been phoning and going in to your branch at Garden Route Mall and I have been phoning your customer service but no one seem to want to assist me with my query and does not even try to get assistance from head office to help sort out this matter. Everyone just says that they will email me back, including Basetsana Segapo but no feedback or correspondence have been received since today.
