Poor customer service from cell c

We went to cell c new park in Kimberley and asked for assistance with a home wifi deal. The consultant confirmed network coverage for our area and said that we will be able to stream movies via this Lte home router. We took the contract with the assurance that it will work. We live 2hours away. When we arrived home, the connection time out every couple minutes. The connection is so slow, I can't even open my Gmail! Phoned custom care and technical support various times. Nothing improved. Thus leading to the decision end that contract that does in fact not work as they said it would! The online support said dj can courrier the router back to the shop to cancel the contract. Phoned the shop but they just keep giving me different options and do not listen to me. I don't want this cause it is not working! I am not going to pay for a service that causes me more struggle every time send an email. Everyone is telling a different story and I don't receive any helpfull info! Really REALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS POOR SERVICE!
