Poor customer service

I am Hlubi Nkosekhaya Mphalala ID:***, have a problem with cellc divice insurance they cancelled my device insurance on Huawei P40 lite *** without my permission and I only noticed it yesterday when I loggin in my cellc app that they cancelled it. The only divice insurance I canceled was Note book on ***! On a 11 January and I told the lady that was helping me that she must keep both Huawei P40 lite and Huawei P-smart devices insurance active, I dnt understand why Cellc divice insurance always giving me a power service because I always struggle with Cellc divice insurance, I advice people not take Cellc because the service is very poor and they are liers, I really prefer Vodacom because had this bad service on my contracts with them.
