POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Cell C Phoenix Plaza

Most unprofessional customer service.

I have taken up numerous contracts and i have never had this pathetic service like my boyfriend is experiencing.

He had been to Game last week but they systems where offline. Thereafter he decided to go to the plaza and take up a phone with Cell C. The normal procedure was concluded but because he wanted a Blue cell phone instead of a Black he was asked to wait till Thursday in order for the stock to be transferred from the Workshop branch. Came Thursday we both tried contacting the store but there was no answer on the number that is listed. The phone was to be delivered at his place of employment but nothing was delivered, then he was told it will be delivered at his home still nothing was delivered.

He received an sms stating he will receive the phone the next day as the manager did not have a vehicle to go collect the phone and they had asked the other store manager to drop the phone off they apologized and stated :We will get this by tomorrow.

Msg via Whatsapp: Do you want to pick it up from Workshop Because that is the only store that has it and the manager transferred to us We didn't pick it up yet because of transport issues If you want to get it you can get it from there as they made sure they got the phone for him, it was the last 1 and it was reserved for you

What kind of service is this Contract approved Tuesday 04th February 2020 and up till date he hasn't received the phone. He did go into the store on Saturday where he was told he should receive the phone by Wednesday 12th February 2020. A power bank was promised for this poor service.

Did this store not hear of Courier company's that can have the phone delivered to them the same day.

I suggested the contract be cancelled cause this is really poor service especially when the store is making a sale, not giving us a phone for nothing.
