poor customer service

Pathetic service On my previous review one of the issues I had was about struggling on handing in my phone which was giving me problems and soon after that review I managed to hand it in, and I received it back a week or so later, on the afternoon I received back I put on the charger and that night around 10 pm it was 100% full, without using it when I woke up in the morning it was on 27% which meant whatever they were doing made it worse, I just ran out of energy because I realized that I'm dealing with people who have no respect for my time as I have been running around for so long about this phone issue.

I just copied the paragraph above which was part of my review last week and it has been completely been ignored by cell c, and I am not sure why they just don't tell me if they are not going to assist me because this has been going on for about 5 months now.
